Obama Born in Kenya?

Published by marcand at 8:25 pm under News, Politics Edit This

The case awaits a decision from a judge whether to dismiss on frivolous issues.  The plantiff, Philip Berg, insists that Barack Obama is not a naturalized citizen, and therefore not eligible to be the president of the United States of America.  Obama’s campaign has requested dismissal of the lawsuit, rather than compliance with the initial request of the judge to produce an original birth certificate.  So what is the truth?  Only time will tell.  Of course, if Obama wins the presidential election before this lawsuit gets anywhere, my prediction is that it will be buried so far down that it will never see the light of day - at least not while Obama is alive.  Perhaps 100 years from now we may know the truth.  The only way the real truth behind this lawsuit will come to the surface is if it is produced in the next two weeks.  Beyond that, it’s toast.  Anyway, here’s a copy of the lawsuit so you can read and understand the allegations yourself:

Does Obama have a passport? Is a US passport? If so, what’s the problem? You don’t get a passport without producing evidence you’re entitled to it.

Good point and good question. However, what’s to say someone didn’t dig deep enough or ask the question when he got his passport? Based on his time and citizenship in Indonesia I think he may be more of a naturalized rather than natural born citizen. I hope this case will come to light, but I fear it will not as it will test the fabric and intent of our constitution.

If it turns out that he wasn’t born in Kenya…can we check to see if he was actually born on Krypton? I mean, that’s what he said last week…and if it turns out that he wasn’t born on Krypton, will we still have time to find out if he was in fact born in a manger in the middle east? And if that doesn’t work out…oh my…we’re doomed! I need my tinfoil hat!

    FAIL.

The real failure, IMHO, is that of the American political system. For quite a few years now our choices have been limited to picking the best out of two poor choices. Unfortunately, one can’t keep this up for very long before things begin to truly unravel.

Only time will tell, but I think 2009 will be one for the history books.
